摘    要:目的 了解高校教师危险人群中亚健康状态的分布情况及其影响因素,为高校教师的保健工作提供科学依据。方法 采用统一的调查问卷对广东省19所高校教师进行亚健康调查,并用Logistic回归分析亚健康影响因素。结果 30—40岁是高校教师亚健康危险年龄段,其中女性重度亚健康高于男性;工作不开心、工作时间长、缺乏体育活动等是高校青年教师亚健康状态的危险因素。结论 高校教师亚健康危险人群中应重视女性重度亚健康;提高教师对亚健康的认识,保持轻松健康心态,避免长时期的过度疲劳,化解压力,合理工作是预防与控制亚健康状态的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective To study the distribution and affecting factors on subhealth of the teachers in institution of higher leaming to provide scientific proof for health care of them.Methods The teachers in nineteen institutions of higher learning were investigated with the same questionaires and the affecting factors on subhealth were analysed by means of logistic regression analysis.Results The risk age was between thirty and forty during which female heavy subhealth was more serious than the male.Working without pleasure,working long time and being short of training are the risk factors of subhealth status.Conclusion Female heavy subhealth should be paid more attention in the risk drove.To aviod subhealth status,the main measures were improving the cognition on subhealth,keeping the happy mood,free of exhaustion,reducing strengthening and working efficiently.
