| 摘 要： | 目的 分析重复肾及合并畸形的超声声像图特征及其对该病变的诊断价值。方法 对照手术病理证实的32例重复肾及合并畸形的超声声像图特征进行总结。结果 超声图像表现重复肾伴积水26例，占71％，其中输尿管开口异位17例，输尿管囊肿9例。重复肾不伴积水6例，表现为两组集合系统。结论 超声检查对重复肾及合并畸形的诊断有可靠价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the ultrasonic features of the duplex kidney and the diag-nostic value for the lesion.Methods The ultrasonic imaging characteristics of the duplex kidney malformation identified by operative pathology was summarized after operation.Results The ultrasonography showed that26cases of them (71%)were complicated with hydronephrosis including17cases existed ectopic of ureberal orifice,ureter cyst in9cases.6cases of duplex kidney without hydronephyrosis,its apperance was two groups of collective system.Conclusion The ultrasonographic examination has a reliable value in the diagnosis of malformation with double kidney. |
