经腋下小切口微创治疗青少年自发性气胸69例

目的：探讨经腋下小切口微创治疗自发性气胸的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院胸外科2006年3月至2009年12月自发性气胸69例经腋下小切口手术操作方法、手术效果及并发症。结果：手术时间平均60min,术后切口感染1例。随访半年至3年,术后均无复发,疗效满意。结论：采用腋下小切口治疗自发性气胸,切除或结扎肺大疱,操作简单、方便、微创,不需要特殊器械,术后疼痛轻,对呼吸功能影响小,恢复快,治疗彻底,且切口隐蔽、美观,费用低。

MINIMALLY INVASIVE TREATMENT OF PRIMARY SPONTANEOUS PNEUMOTHORAX BY AXILLARY THORACOTOMY IN 69 CASES

Objective：To explore the curative effects of axillary thoracotomy in treatment for primary spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods：The operative approaches,effect and Complications in 69 cases of primary spontaneous pneumothorax by axillary thoracotomy surgery from March 2006December 2009 in our hospital＇s department of Thoracic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The average surgery time was 60 minuets;one case of postoperative incision infective complication was found.Follow-up period of 5 to 36 months.No recurrence was found and the curative effect was Satisfactory.Conclusion：Axillary thoracotomy surgery treatment for primary spontaneous.pneumothorax is a simple and minimally invasive operational surgery without destroying the integrity of thorax.It does not need special equipment.It is small traumatic,pain controllable,and there are little postoperative complications and the relapse rate is very low.The operative incision is hidden and the cost is low.
