清热化瘀方预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨清热化瘀方作为预处理药物对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞M(CA O)模型。取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组,假手术组,清热化瘀方低、中、高剂量共5组,缺血2h后再灌注24h,测定大鼠神经功能缺损程度,HE染色后光学显微镜下观察各组脑组织病理变化情况。结果清热化瘀方中、高剂量组大鼠神经功能缺损较对照组轻(中剂量组P<0.05,高剂量组P<0.01)且与脑组织病理形态学改变相一致。结论清热化瘀方中、高剂量组对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective function of Qingre Huayu Decoction(QRHYD) as a pre-processing medicine on localized celebral ischemia reperfusion in rats model.Methods The cerebral ischemia reperfusion was induced by the method of nylon monofilament via the middle carotid artry of rats.40 male SD rats were divided into control group,the false surgical group,and QRHYD low-dose,middle-dose and large-dose groups.Reperfusion was followed in 24 h after 2 h of cerebral ischemia,the defective degree of nerve function was determined.At the same time,the variety of each brain organization pathology circumstance after HE dye was observed by optical microscope.Results The defective degree of nerve function in QRHYD middle-dose and large-dose groups was less than that in control group,in the middle-dose group P<0.05 and the large-dose group P<0.01.Furthermore,the viary circumstance was identical with the pathomorphological change in brain tissue.Conclusion QRHYD middle-dose and large-dose have the function to protect celebral ischemia reperfusion in rats.
