| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨炮制对虎杖中有效成分大黄素含量的影响。方法：采用薄层扫描法对虎杖不同炮制品中大黄素进行定性、定量分析。结果：酒炙品、盐炙品中大黄素含量与生品相比有不同程度的增加。结论：不同炮制方法对虎杖中大黄隶含量有一定的影响。

Content Determination of Emodin of Different Processed Products of Polygonum |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of emodin from Pslygonum Cuspidatum Sieb etzucc and its different proecssed product. s Method：The quantitative analysis of emodin in Polygonum Cuspidatum Siebetzucc and its different proccssed products by TCLS.Resuit：The emodin contents increased in sample stir fried with rice wine,sample stir fried with vinegar and sample stir fried with salt significantly.Conclusion：Processeng temperature and time,wine vinegar and salt could influence the contents of emodin in Polygonum Cuspidatum Sieb etzucc and its different processed products in different degree. |
