| 摘 要： | 本文分析了16例急性心肌梗塞患者床边胸片的X线表现及其与预后的关系，结果表明：肺循环改变越多，越明显，即肺静脉压越高，则患者的预后越差。

| Abstract: | Chest films of 16 cases with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed,in which 8 cases died and 8 cases survived. The authors found that the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction was related to its x-ray signs:The more remarkable the findings of the pulmonary circulation were presented,the worse the prognosis was. |
