| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阿德福韦酯联合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化的临床疗效.方法 选择符合标准的CHB患者62例,随机分为阿德福韦酯联合丹参组、丹参组和对照组,所有患者于治疗前和治疗1年后检测肝纤维化相关指标、HBV DNA及其肾功能.结果 阿德福韦酯联合丹参组的肝纤维化指标(透明质酸、层黏蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原和TGF-β1)较单用丹参组和对照组明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 阿德福韦酯联合丹参有明显降低血清肝纤维化指标作用.

Clinical efficacy of combination treatment of adefovir dipivoxil and salvia miltiorrhiza to the hepatic fibrosis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination treatment of adefovir dipivoxil(ADV)and salvia miltiorrhiza to the hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B.Methods 62 patients with chronic hepatitis B randomly divided into 3 groups:ADV with salvia miltiorrhiza group,salvia miltiorrhiza group and control group.The indicators correlated hepatic fibrosis,HBV DNA and renal function were detected in all patients with chronic hepatitis B before treatment and after one-year treatment.Results The indicators correlated hepatic(LN,HA,IV-C,TGF-β1)with combination treatment of ADV with salvia miltiorrhiza group was the lowest in those groups after one-year treatment P＜0.05).Conclusions Combination treatment of ADV and salvia miltiorrhiza reduce the indicators correlated hepatic fibrosis obviously. |
