| Abstract: | During electroporation, membrane permeability is temporarily increased by orders of magnitude, therebythe transmembrane transport of compounds as well as macromolecules such as peptides and proteins is enhanced. Themechanisms,experimental devices and the influence factors of electroporation are reviewed. The application and the safetyof the electroporation in transdermal drug delivery are also introduced. |
