| 摘 要： | 目的探讨SALL4和BMI-1在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例DLBCL和10例良性淋巴结病变组织中SALL4和BMI-1的表达。结果SALL4和BMI-1在DLBCL中的阳性表达率分别为60.0%（24/40）和65.0%（26/40）,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。SAlL4和BMI-1的表达与DLBCL的临床分期和国际预后指数具有相关性（P均〈0.05）。Spearman相关分析表明SALL4的表达与BMI-1的表达呈正相关（r=0.471,P=0.002）。SALL4和BMI-1阳性表达患者其完全缓解率低和完全缓解后其复发率较SALL4和BMl-1阴性患者高（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论SALL4和BMI-1在DLBCL的发生和发展中具有协同作用,并且可作为DLBCL的疗效和预后指标。
