| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯胺酮配伍的合理性。方法采用随机抽样的方法，对两组共40例患儿，分别用氯胺酮复合液（氯胺酮、利多卡因、东莨菪碱）和氯胺酮、地西泮进行麻醉，保留自主呼吸，对其围手术期情况（HR、NBp、P、SpO2、吸痰率、作用时间、给药量）进行比较，结果经综合评价和统计学处理，两组间有显著差异（P〈0．05）结论该氯胺酮复合液配伍合理、实用可行。

| Abstract: | Objective Try to find out the rational therapeutics of compound Ketarmine.Methods 40 child-patients of various types of illness were divided into two groups with random sampling.One bundle were used of Compound Ketarmine(Ketarmine,Ledocaine and Scopolamine).another bundle were used of Ketarmine and Diazepain.During operation we kept their autonomous breathing continuously.And we observed the different conditions of two bundles on HR,NBp,P,SpO_2, rate of suck sputum,action time of drug,medication dosage and compared them.Results By statistical research,we discovered that there were significant differences between them( P <0.05).Conclusion The military unit of Ketamine is reasonable and utility. |
