| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience and technique of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholecystic diseases. Methods:The clinical data of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Jun.2005 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The 512 cases were performed successfully.2 cases were initiatively converted to laparotomy for severe adhesion.1 case was passively converted to laparotomy for transaction of bile duct.No one died. Conclusions:LC is a safe and reliable method for cholecyst diseases with suitable operative indication and technique. |
