Study on the Correlative Analysis Between the Changes of Immunofunction Status of Peripheral Blood Red Blood Cells and Plasma Thromboxane B2(TXB2)Level in Patients with pregnancy Induced Hypertension(PIH)

Objective To explore the relationship between changes of immunofuction status of peripheral blood red blood cells and plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2) level in patients with PIH.Methods RBC immunofunction status was studied with immunologic methods and plasma TXB2 Level was measured with RIA in 33 patients with PIH and 35 normal controls.Results Level of RBC-C3bRR was significantly lower and level of plasma TXB2 was markedly higher in the patients than those in controls(P<0.01),these two variable were significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.3628,P<0.05),the RBC-ICRRR level was significantly higher in the patients(P<0.01) and was positively correlated with level of TXB2(r=0.4084,P<0.05).Conclusion There were disturbance of RBC immunoregulation with suppressed immune function and higher TXB2 levels in patients with PIH.
