| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多索茶碱在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:对60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者给予多索茶碱治疗,同时对所得数据进行统计学处理和分析。结果:60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗后肺功能改善情况与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经积极治疗后总有效率为95.0%。结论:多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切,对改善患者肺功能及生活质量具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the application effect of Doxofylline in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: 60 patients with COPD were treated with Doxofylline and the data collected in the treatment were statistically processed and analyzed.Results: The difference in the comparison of the improvement of lung function of 60 patients with COPD was statistically significant after and before the treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 95.0% after the treatment.... |
