| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期集束化护理在食管癌术后并发重症吸入性肺炎患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将44例食管癌术后并发重症吸入性肺炎患者按入院时间分为实验组18例和对照组26例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予早期集束化护理,观察比较两组并发症发生率、呼吸机使用时间及ICU入住时间。结果:实验组并发症发生率及病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),呼吸机使用时间及ICU入住时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期集束化护理能有效提高食管癌术后重症吸入性肺炎患者的治愈率,减少并发症发生,促进康复。
