Application of laparoscopic combined surgery

Objective: To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic techniques in diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder with abdominal multi-organ disease. Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 56 patients who received laparoscopic combined surgery from Sep.2003 to Oct.2010. Results:All laparoscopic combined surgery were successful without conversion to laparotomy or complications.The time of enterocinesia recovery was 5-24 h,and the postoperative out-of-bed activity time was 6-20 h.The pain at port site was mild,which lasted for 1-3 h,and no analgesic was used.The postoperative hospital stay was 3-5 d.During the follow-up,all patients recovered well. Conclusions:Laparoscopic combined surgery can treat multi-organ diseases at the same time,has advantages of less trauma and quicker recovery,and widens the indications of laparoscopic surgery.
