| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预在冠心病患者院外早期心脏康复中的应用效果。方法:将151例冠心病患者随机分为观察组78例和对照组73例,对照组出院时给予常规健康教育,观察组出院后进行为期1年的综合护理干预。评估并比较两组患者出院时、出院1年后的各项生理指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、BS、SBP、BMI、IMT);出院1年后的遵医行为、再入院率和病死率。结果:观察组1年后部分生理指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、BMI、IMT、HDL-C)、遵医行为、再入院率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对冠心病患者进行综合护理干预,可提高其院外早期心脏康复治疗的依从性,降低再入院率,改善生活质量。
