| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的应用价值.方法:回顾分析25例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者行腹腔镜穿孔修补术的临床资料.结果:25例手术均顺利完成,无一例中转开腹.手术时间50～90 min,平均71.6 min；术后肛门排气时间2～4d,平均2.5d；术后住院6～9d,平均7.6 d；术后患者均恢复良好,无严...

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic neoplasty in the treatment of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods:The clinical data of 25 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation underwent laparoscopic neoplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 25 cases were successful with no conversion to open surgery.The mean operation time was 71.6 min(50-90 min),the mean post-operative exhaust time was 2.5 d(2-4 d),the mean post-operative hospitalization duration was 7.6 d(6-9 d).There were no death or postoperative complications.Conclusions:Laparoscopic neoplasty in the treatment of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer is safe and feasible,it is worthy to be popularized in clinic. |
