整体护理责任制大包干在神经外科的应用效果分析

目的:探讨整体护理责任制大包干在神经外科的应用效果。方法:将2010年1月～2011年5月收治的578例神经外科患者设为实验组,给予整体护理责任制大包干模式护理;将2008年4月～2009年12月收治的546例设为对照组,给予常规护理模式护理。调查、比较两组患者满意度、护理质量及护理不良事件发生情况。结果:两组患者满意度调查各维度(除病房环境、护士美感维度外)得分及总分、护理质量各项目得分、护理不良事件发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:整体护理责任制大包干模式能有效提高神经外科的护理质量和患者、家属满意度,减少护理不良事件的发生,值得在临床各个科室广泛推广应用。
