两种不同路径行冠状动脉介入术效果比较

目的:探讨经桡动脉与经股动脉行冠状动脉介入术的临床效果。方法:将215例冠脉介入患者随机分为A组108例和B组107例,A组患者经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术,B组经股动脉行冠状动脉介入术。对两组患者术后恢复及并发症发生情况进行分析比较。结果:A组平均生活自理时间、住院时间及术后并发症方面与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术患者较经股动脉者术后恢复快,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Comparison of the clinical effect of two kinds of different paths in coronary intervention surgery
