腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术缝合方法的应用体会

Evaluation on the two operative sutured technique of laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective:To evaluate the value of laparoscopic myomectomy in the two different operative suture methods.Methods:The clinical data of 107 palients underwent laparoscopic intramural myomectomy application of cantinous inverted suture and continous varus suture was analyzed retrospectively.Results:One hundred and seven patients were completed in laparoscopic surgery,with no conversion to abdominal-open myomectomy,no complications occurred.Compared to Control Groups,the Study Group was significantly better in operative time,blood loss,maximum body temperature and postoperative discharge time.They exsist significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with continuous full-layer suture,Laparoscopic intramural myomectomy in the varus continuous suture has the characteristics of shorter operation time and less bleeding.It is worthy of popularization.
