| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨预见性和针对性护理在肝硬化并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:将96例肝硬化并上消化道出血患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施预见性和针对性护理。结果:观察组出院时SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在抢救成功率、并发症发生率、对护理服务满意率方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出血次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性和针对性护理可减少出血次数,提高抢救成功率和护理服务满意度。
