| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the causes of residual calculus in common bile duct after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and explore the preventive measures. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 12 patients who suffered from residual calculus in common bile duct after LC from Sep.2004 to Apr.2011. Results:Eight cases were given ERCP/EST for the calculus,and 2 cases underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE),and another 2 cases underwent open choledocholithotomy with T-tube drainage(OCHTD). Conclusions:To avoid residual calculus in common bile duct after LC,it is important to complete necessary examination pre-and intra-operatively,and common bile duct exploration. |
