骨盆三联截骨术治疗儿童股骨头骨软骨病14例围术期护理

目的:探讨骨盆三联截骨术治疗股骨头骨软骨病患儿围术期的护理方法。方法:对14例股骨头骨软骨病患儿行骨盆三联截骨术治疗,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:14例患儿术后均获得随访,随访时间11～30个月,平均26个月,患儿康复满意,依据Mckay髋关节功能评定标准优12例、良2例。结论:骨盆三联截骨术治疗儿童股骨头骨软骨病能调整髋臼方向,增大髋臼对股骨头的覆盖,加强术后护理对促进髋关节功能的恢复和防止肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬起重要作用。

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 14 children patients with femoral head osteochondrosis by triple pelvic osteotomy
