自拟方治疗跟骨跟腱止点末端病46例

[目的]观察自拟通络止痛洗方治疗跟骨跟腱止点末端病的临床疗效。[方法]应用自拟通络止痛洗方煎后外洗的方法治疗跟骨跟腱止点末端病46例。[结果]按照足部疾患治疗效果评定标准(JOA)评价,疗效优良率100%,治疗后改善率89.5%(改善率={[治疗后分数-治疗前分数]/[100-治疗前分数]}*100%),效果满意。[结论]自拟通络止痛洗方治疗跟骨跟腱止点末端病疗效显著。
