家猪自然感染EHFV的分子流行病学调查

摘    要:1989年以来我们用分子流行病学方法对家猪作为EHF传染源的作用进行了研究。结果发现家猪不但可自然感染EHFV;感染后EHFV还可随血行播及多个脏器,并可随尿、粪排出感染性EHFV污染外环境,有作为EHF传染源的条件,对人间传播EHF和维持疫源地起了重要作用。

Abstract:Function about pig as EHF infectious resources has been studied with molecular epidemiologic method from 1989.The results showed that not only could pigs be naturally infected with EHFV,but EHFV after infection could infect several organs through blood,further more infective EHFV could be excreted along with urine and excrement to pollute the external environmen.It is possible for pigs to act as EHF infectious resources.They have an important effection on EHFV infecting and maintaining focus in human being.
