摘    要:本文报告了我院临床使用的氧气湿化瓶的细菌污染状况并探讨了消毒方法。消毒前的染菌率为83.4%,消毒后使用第1~3天的染菌率分别16.7%、20%及33.3%。第1天和第2天的菌数无显著差异,第3天的染菌率和菌数均明显增多,与消毒前接近。各菌种比例为绿脓杆菌26.1 %、表皮葡萄球菌17.4%、酵母样真菌17.4%、其它假单胞菌21. 7%。用10%活力碘涂擦湿化瓶内壁3分钟后,细菌数为0。说明此方法效果良好。本文结果提示目前因输氧造成院内感染的常见病原菌是绿脓杆菌和其它假单胞菌。消毒次数和时间应视细菌污染量而定,但2天消毒一次应为最低要求。

Abstract:Bacterial contamination of oxygen humidifier used in clinics and its disinfection method were studied. Before disinfection, the bacterial contamina- tion rate was 83.4%. On the first, second and third day when they were used, the rates were respectively 16.7%, 20% and 33.3%. The categories of bacterial were P. aeruginosa (26%). staphyepidermidis, Yeast fungi, other pseudomonas and Gram positive cocci. No bacterial was detected by sterilizing the inside wall of humidifier for 3 minutes with 10% active-iodine. This sterilization was approved effective. During the first and second day, bacterial contamination in- creased, but there was no significant difference be- tween them. On the third day, the contamination rate resed up rapidly, which was approximately equal to the situation with no sterilization. The results showed that P. aeruginosa and other pseudomonas were the common bacterial of nosocomial infection cuased by oxygen therapy. Special attention must be paid to it. At the same time, the ru(?) of microorganism moni- toring and sterilization measures should be established. The frequence and time of disinfection depend on the level of bacterial contamination. Once two days of disinfection was the least demended.
