| 摘 要： | 应用3通道动态心电图(DCC)对300例老年冠心病(CHD)患者进行24小时监测,发现无症状性心肌缺血(SMI)1273次,分析结果表明:①SMI是老年CHD患者心肌缺血的重要组成部分,300例中有244例发生SMI。占总例效的81.3％;SMI1273次占发生心肌缺血总次数的78.5％;②SMI的发生82.1％与日常活动有关,并且有明显的昼夜分布规律,以上午6～12时为发生高峰;③心肌缺血可诱发心律失常,心律失常亦可诱发或加重心肌缺血。作者认为3通道DCG监测可提高SMI的检出率。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of silent myocardial ischemia(SMI)have been studied in 300 the aged patients with coronary heart disease by three chennal dynamic electrocardicgraphic monitoring.The results snowed(1)SMI was an important part of myocardial ischemia with coronary heart disease in the aged.Among the 300 patients SMI occured in 244(it accounted for 81.3% of total patients).1273 episodes of ischcmmia(1622).(2)82%,SMT was concerned with deilyactions.Meahwhile there is obvious day and night regnlarity.The frequency of episodes of SMI peaked in the morning between 6 Am and 12 N.(3)SMI could induced arrhythmia,and could been taken by arrhythmia. |
