上海徐汇区中小学生营养与健康状况分析

目的:掌握上海徐汇区中小学生营养与健康状况及变化趋势,为制定相关策略及采取有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法:抽取2002~2007年徐汇区中小学生健康体检资料,采用对比分析的方法评价中小学生营养与健康状况。结果:2007年营养不良率(以轻度为主)、肥胖率分别为19.85%、12.01%,营养不良呈下降趋势,肥胖呈上升趋势;贫血患病率为2.89%,贫血率女生明显高于男生;视力低下率小学<初中<高中;高血压患病率为2.04%,男生明显高于女生;龋患率小学生为9.58%,中学生为8.04%,中学生低于小学生。结论:目前徐汇区中小学生健康问题不容忽视,应有针对性地制定健康促进、干预措施。

Analysis of nutrition and health status of primary and middle school students in Xuhui district of Shanghai

Objective: By investigating and analysing the nutrition and health status of primary and middle school students to provide basis for developing an effective intervention and making a relevant nutrition program.Methods:The physical examination information of primary and middle school students of Xuhui district from 2002 to 2007 was collected by using a cluster sampling method. SPSS12.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:The malnutrition rate of the year 2007 was 19.85%,which was mainly slightly malnutrition,and it decreased year by year.The obesity rate was 12.01%,with an increasing trend yearly.The female malnutrition rate was significantly higher than the male's,while the male obesity rate was significantly higher than the female's.The anemia rate was 2.89%,and the female anemia rate was significantly higher than the male's.Low eyesight rate was significantly different in study periods.The high blood pressure rate was 2.04% and it has a significant difference in sexes.The rate of dental carries in primary school students was 9.58%,which was 8.04% in middle school students.The dental carries rate of middle school students was significantly lower than that of primary school students.The trachoma rate was significantly different in study period.Conclusion: The nutrition and health problems of primary and secondary school students of Xuhui district do not allow ignoring.It is essential to make an effective measures of health promotion and intervention.
