| 摘 要： | 消毒、酸洗时吐液、液压限制（E05）报警伴透析液流量计浮子不起动、加热器空烧均是NIPRO NCU—10E型透析机少见故障,且维修手册也没有列举,给维修增加了难度,根据机器工作原理及维修经验查找出故障原因并解除,对同类机器的维修具有较好的指导意义。

| Abstract: | There are several rare breakdown of NCU—10E hemodialysis machine. For instance, it backflows while disinfecting and pickling process, hydraulic control alarms and simultaneously the float of dislysate flowmemter cannot start, the heater burns. There is no specific introduction of certain problems on the maintenance manual which makes the reparation rather difficult. According to the operating principles and maintenance experience, this essay finds out the causes and solutions for these three malfunctions, which may help give guidance to similar machine maintenance. |
