小儿先天性肺囊肿11例临床X线分析

目的:提高小儿先天性肺囊肿的X线确诊率,降低其误诊率,提出鉴别诊断。材料与方法:对11例小儿先天性肺囊肿患者作回顾性分析,阐述X线特征。结果:11例中囊肿出现在右肺者9例,左肺2例,单发性囊肿9例,多发性囊肿2例。以囊肿的内容物分为三型:液囊肿(1例),气液囊肿(7例),气囊肿(3例),术前确诊7例,误诊4例。结论:肺囊肿的诊断应综合临床、X线片或CT等影像学检查,确诊后及早手术。

X-ray Analysis of the Congenital Pulmonary Cysts in 11 cases of Children.

Purpose: To elevate the accurate rate, to decrease the erroneous rate in the X - ray diagnosis of children's congenital pulmonary cysts, and to propose their differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: The congenital pulmonary cysts in 11 children have been retrospectively analyzed and the features of X - ray findings have been explained. Results: For the distribution of all 11 cases of the cysts, 9 cases of them were found in the right lung, and another 2 cases were found in the left lung. For the pathogenetic form of the cysts, the single form were 9 cases, and the multiple form were 2 cases. Acoording to the contents in the cyst, the children's congenital pulmonary cyst could be divided into three types as below: the liguid cyst (1/11), the gas - liguid cyst (7/11) and the gas cyst(3/11) . Before of the operation, 7 cases of patients were accurately diagnosed but 4 cases of patients were erroneously diagnosed. Conclusion: The diagnosis of the congenital pulmonary cyst should be combined with the clinical examination, X - ray thoracic film and/or CT image, if only the diagnosis clears up, the operation will the sooner the better.
