分支套袋对桔梗结实的影响

目的探讨桔梗授粉特性。方法精选全国主要产区一年生桔梗根苗,小区移栽,分支套袋,果实成熟后单收,室内靠种。结果分支套袋自交显著降低了桔梗的总粒重、总粒数、座果率、果粒重和果粒数,套袋处理座果率的大小与总粒重、总粒数、果粒重、果粒数极显著相关,总粒重和总粒数的降低主要是由于套袋自交导致了桔梗座果率极显著下降所致。结论桔梗具有更多的常异花授粉特征。

Effects of Bagging Branchy Stem on Setting-fruit of Chinese Bellflower ( Platycodon grandiflorum ( Jacq. ) A. DC. )

Objective To evaluate the pollination characteristic on Chinese bellflower.Methods The root-seedlings were planted in plot,bagged the branchy stem,harvested individually and measured in laboratory.Results Bagging branchy stem decreased the grain-weight and grain-number per stem,percentage of fertile fruit,grain-weight and grain-number per fruit.The percentage of fertile fruit was correlated significantly with grain-weight and grain-number per stem or per fruit on bagging branchy stem.The decrease on grain-weight or grain-number per stem mainly resulted from declining of percentage of fertile fruit.Conclusion The species groups of Chinese bellflower was mainly often cross-pollinated plant.
