| 摘 要： | 目的：观察2种不同浓度5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)预防尖锐湿疣复发的效果。方法：256例尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为2组，治疗组125例，再根据不同部位选用二氧化碳激光一次全部切除病灶加2种不同浓度和剂型的5-Fu制剂治疗1个月；对照组131例，只采用二氧化碳激光切除治疗，观察比较2组临床疗效及复发率。结果：治疗组的痊愈率87．2％，复发率12．8％；对照组的痊愈率63．4％，复发率36．6％。结论：5-氟脲嘧啶治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切，复发率较低，尤其对尿道口、肛周、包皮过长者阴茎部、冠状沟等部位的尖锐湿疣效果好，且5-Fu价格便宜，用法简便、安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) in preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: 256 patients with CA were divided into two groups. 125 cases with CA in study group were treated by CO 2 laser surgery combined with 5-Fu for one month 131 cases in control group were treated by CO 2 laser surgery only. Six months later, the clinical effect and recurrence rate were observed. Results: The effective, cured and recurrence rate in study group were 100%, 87.2% and 8.0% respectively, and in control group were 85.5%, 63.4% and 29.8% respectively, it demonstrated a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: 5-Fu can decrease the recurrence of CA. |
