艾迪注射液的不良反应分析

目的分析艾迪注射液引起的不良反应。方法按照患者年龄、性别、不良反应类型及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果 7例不良反应中,男性4例(57.1%),女性3例(42.9%);不良反应主要的临床表现:过敏4例(57.1%),恶心呕吐1例(14.3%),静脉炎1例(14.3%),一过性转氨酶增高1例(14.3%)。结论艾迪注射液的不良反应大多为一般过敏反应,但应加强其监测工作。提醒临床医务工作者加强用药监护,提高合理用药水平,从而保证公众用药安全。
