| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT与支气管镜对支气管内膜结核的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析29例经临床、支气管镜证实的支气管内膜结核病例,总结CT与支气管镜对支气管内膜结核诊断的可靠性和局限性。结果支气管内膜结核患者29例;其中CT平扫29例,确诊23例;支气管镜检查18例,确诊18例;CT和支气管镜共同确诊12例。结论在支气管内膜结核诊断方面,CT检查简单易行,对绝大多数病例可作出可靠诊断;支气管镜检查较复杂,但确诊率高,是特殊病例的必要检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and brcnehoscopy on endobronehial tuberculosis, in order to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 29 cases of confirmed cases by clinical and hrcnehoscopy.Summary： Reliability and limitations of CT and bronehoscopy on endobronchial tuberculosis diagnostic. Results 29 cases of endohronchial tuberculosis, CT diagnosis of 23 cases, bronchoscopy diagnosis of 18 cases. Conclusion CT and hronchoscopy have certain diagnostic value to confirm endobronchial tuberculosis. |
