| 摘 要： | 目的观察以地特胰岛素为基础治疗方案治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效。方法对40例老年2型糖尿病患者用以地特胰岛素为基础加口服降糖药物治疗方案治疗,比较治疗前后血糖等的变化。结果使用以地特胰岛素为基础治疗方案治疗老年2型糖尿病12周后,老年2型糖尿病患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白均明显下降,低血糖发生率低,体质量无明显变化。结论地特胰岛素能很好地控制老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖及糖化血红蛋白,并有良好的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of insulin Detemir with oral anti-diabetic drugs（OAG） in the treatment in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 40 patients of elderly with type 2 diabetes used insulin detemir treatment with OAG,the change of blood glucose were compared before and after treatment.Results Blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes obviously decreased after treat 12 week.Rates of hypoglycemia were decreased,and weight had no change.Conclusion Insulin detemir can safely control blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with good safety. |
