高校社区高血压人群临床特点分析

目的分析高校社区高血压人群的临床特点,以便有的放矢地进行高血压的防治。方法分析2012年5-9月体检资料,按年龄分为6组,分析各组高血压的患病率、相关危险因素及相关指标超标情况。结果高血压患病率随着年龄的增加而增加,各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义。高血压的患病率男性显著高于女性。超重、高血糖、高血脂、高尿酸血症的检出率均随血压水平的升高呈显著增高趋势(P<0.01)。结论高血压病是高校社区的常见病及多发病,高血压早期防控是高校社区预防保健工作的重点之一,尤其是男性教职工。

An analysis of the clinical characteristics of the people with hypertension in university community

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of hypertension population in university community.Methods The physical examination data from May 2012 to September 2012 were divided into 6 groups according to age,the prevalence of hypertension and related indexes were analyzed.Results The prevalence of hypertension increased with age.The difference between age groups was statistically significant.The prevalence of male hypertension patients was significantly higher than females.The relevance rates of overweight,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia were increased significantly with elevated blood pressure levels（P 0.01）.Conclusion Hypertension is a common and frequently-occurring disease in community college.Early prevention and control of hypertension is one of the priorities in university community preventive health care,especially in male faculty.
