颈动脉支架植入术后大脑缺血性损伤的危险因素

目的探索颈动脉支架植入术后新发大脑缺血性损伤的独立危险因素。方法 51例颈动脉支架植入术干预的患者,分析不同临床特征对术后缺血性脑损伤发生率的影响,并进一步研究相关临床指标在已发生与未发生术后缺血性脑损伤的患者间的差异。结果糖尿病患者术后缺血性脑损伤发生率明显增高(P<0.05),术后发生大脑缺血性损伤患者的血清游离脂肪酸明显升高(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉支架植入术前应纠正糖尿病患者的脂质代谢紊乱症状,高血清游离脂肪酸是术后缺血性脑损伤的潜在危险因素。

Risk factors for cerebral ischemic injury after carotid artery stenting

Objective In order to establish the independent risk factors of cerebral ischemic injury after carotid artery stenting（CAS）,the clinical features in patients with carotid artery stenosis were analyzed retrospectively.Methods 52 cases of carotid artery stenosis who had received CAS were emrolled.The incidence of postoperative cerebral ischemic injury in patients with different clinical features was investigated,and the differences in clinical indicators between patients suffered and not suffered postoperative cerebral ischemic injury were further determined.Results The incidence of postoperative cerebral ischemic injury in diabetic patients increased significantly,and serum free fatty acid level also was significantly increased in the patients suffering postoperative cerebral ischemic injury.Conclusion The disorder of lipid metabolism in diabetic patients should be rectified before CAS,and high serum free fatty acid level is a potential risk factor for postoperative cerebral ischemic injury.
