摘    要:目的以胡萝卜素降解物为对象,探讨其在体外对小鼠H22肝癌细胞的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法测定肿瘤细胞增殖抑制作用、HE染色观察细胞形态结构、PI/Hoechst双染检测细胞凋亡、Annexin-V-FITC/PI定量分析细胞凋亡率和流式细胞术检测细胞周期变化。结果在200 g/ml质量浓度下培养48h后,可使65.47%的H22细胞凋亡;流式结果显示胡萝卜素降解物主要将H22细胞阻滞在G0/G1期。结论胡萝卜素降解物在体外对H22细胞有抑制作用。营养学报,2013,35(2):162-166]

INHIBITION OF MURINE LIVER CANCER H22 CELLS BY CAROTENE DEGRADATION PRODUCTS IN VITRO
Abstract:Objective To investigate the inhibition of the murine liver cancer H22 cells by carotene degradation products in vitro.Methods The inhibition and cell morphological changes were observed with MTT assay and HE staining.Cell apoptosis was detected by PI/Hoechst staining and FITC-Annexin-V/PI.Cell cycle was surveyed by flow cytometry.Results The apoptosis rate of H22 cells was 65.47% after cocultured with carotene degradation products for 48 h at 200 μg/ml in vitro.The results of flow cytometry showed that H22 cells were arrested in G0/G1 phase by carotene degradation products treatment.Conclusion The carotene degradation products are inhibitive against H22 cells in vitro.ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2013,35(2):162-166]
