慢性心力衰竭住院患者30天死亡率的临床分析

目的回顾分析影响慢性心力衰竭(心力衰竭)住院患者30 d死亡率的危险因素。方法从住院病历数据库中检索出1993年1月1日至2007年12月31日出院的心力衰竭住院患者7 319例,分析影响心力衰竭患者30 d死亡率的危险因素。结果 Cox回归分析显示年龄、合并心肌梗死、肺炎、消化道出血、肝硬化、肺心病、脑血管病、肾功能衰竭是影响心力衰竭住院患者30 d死亡率独立的危险因素。结论多种疾病并存对于心力衰竭的预后具有独立的意义。

Clinical analysis of 30-day hospitalized mortality in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the risk factors of 30-day hospitalized mortality in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 7 319 patients admitted to Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 1,1993,to July 31,2007 with validated primary discharge diagnosis of chronic heart failure.We examined the risk factors for 30-day hospitalized mortality in patients with heart failure.Results Cox regression analysis showed that age,myocardial infarction,pneumonia,gastrointestinal bleeding,liver cirrhosis,cor pulmonale,cerebrovascular disease and renal failure were independent risk factors for 30-day hospitalized mortality in patients with heart failure.Conclusion It suggests that multiple diseases,remote causes and comorbidities may be significantly associated with the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.
