| 摘 要： | microRNA（miRNA）是一类长约22~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码调控RNA,可参与细胞发育、增殖、分化和凋亡.miRNA具有癌基因和抑癌基因的作用,若干miRNA直接或间接参与结直肠癌的发生和发展,miRNA表达谱与结直肠癌的诊断、分期、进展和预后密切相关,为结直肠癌的早期发现和治疗起到一定的理论指导作用,将为结直肠癌的治疗提供新的策略和方法.

| Abstract: | Objective MicroRNA is a kind of the endogenous non-coding RNA of regulation with 21 -25nt long nucleotide, it is involved in cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, miRNA has the function of oncogenes and tumor suppres- sor genes, some miRNA directly or indirectly participate in the development and progression of colorectal cancer, the expression profiling of miRNA is closely related with the diagnosis, staging, progression and prognosis of coloreetal cancer, and it plays cer- tain thery guiding role in the early detection and treatment of colorectal cancer, which will provide new strategies and methods for the treatment of colorectal cancer. |
