心理及药物治疗首发精神分裂症疗效的研究

目的　探讨心理合并药物治疗在首发精神分裂症疗效中的作用。方法　将 75例首发精神分裂症女患者随机分两组 ,A组为心理治疗合并药物治疗组 ,B组为单纯药抗精神病药物治疗组。治疗 6周 ,于治疗前后分别用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS) ;临床疗效的总评价评定疗效。结果　A组治疗在 2周起BPRS评分下降明显 (P <0 .0 5 )精神表现改善优于B组 ,在治疗四周 ,六周后BPRS评分下降更明显 ,临床治愈率优于B组。结论　心理合并药物治疗能提高首发精神分裂症疗效 ,明显促进自知力的恢复及社会康复。

Effect of Combination of Psychotherapy and Drug in the Treatment of Initial Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the effect of Combi nation of psychotherap y and drug in the treatment of initial Schizophrenia. Methods 75 female patients with initial schizophrenia were randomly divided into group A (treated with Co mbination of psychotherapy and drug) and group B (treated with normal medicine o f anti-schizophrenia). Brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) was used to evaluat e the curative effect before and after 6 weeks treatment. Results The BPRS sco re of group A reduced obviously after 2 weeks treatment (P<0.05). The impr ovemen t of mental status in group A was better than in B group. After 4 or 6 weeks tre atment the BPRS score reduced more. The cure rate of group A was higher than gro up B. Conclusions Combination of psychotherapy and drug can improve the curati ve effect of initial schizophrenia, and improve patients' insight and social reh abilitation.
