益气养阴化瘀中药对糖尿病肾病患者血清NO、ET-1水平的影响

目的：观察益气养阴化瘀的中药复方对早期糖尿病肾病（DN）患者的临床疗效及NO、ET-1水平的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。两组均在饮食控制、适当运动量的基础上,对照组给予降糖、降压等治疗;治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用益气养阴化瘀的中药复方。疗程均为2月,观察患者的临床症状及U-TP、ACR、NO、ET-1等指标的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。两组患者NO、ET-1均显著高于正常组;治疗后,两组患者U-TP、ACR、NO、ET-1各项指标均改善明显,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且各项指标治疗组改善均显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。在BUN、Scr、HbA1c方面,两组差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：益气养阴化瘀的中药复方对改善早期DN内皮功能具有显著的调节作用。

Efect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin and Removing Blood Stasis on Diabetic Nephropathy Patients,Serum NO ET-1 level

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Stilbene-dragoned Decoction on Supplementing Renal whose function is supplementing qi,nourishing yin and Dissolving Blood Stasis,for curing DN.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and routine group.The two groups were based on the diet control,exercise capacity,the conventional treatment group given changes in diet,lifestyle and antidiabetic,antihypertensive therapy;Chinese medicine group were treated with compound Chinese medicine of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin and removing blood stasis in the conventional group on the basis of medication.Treatment for February.Observed in patients with clinical symptoms and U-TP,ACR,NO and ET-1 indicators such changes.Results：The Chinese medicine group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of conventional group（P〈0.01）.2 groups of patients with NO,ET-1 were significantly higher than that in the normal group;after treatment,2 groups of patients with urinary protein,urinary albumin excretion rate（ACR）,the indexes of NO,ET-1 were improved significantly,and there were significant（P≤0.05,0.01）,and the index of traditional Chinese Medicine group was significantly better than the conventional group（P〈0.01）.In BUN,Scr,HBA1C,there was no significant change in the 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine compound Yiqi Yangyin Huayu has significant protective effect on the improvement of endothelial function in early DN.
