剑麻皂素的硫酸酯化的研究

摘    要:目的:将分离出的剑麻皂素进行硫酸酯化,以期合成得到具有抗癌活性的剑麻皂素衍生物。方法:采用氯磺酸-吡啶法合成剑麻皂素硫酸酯。结果:工艺条件:反应温度为35℃,反应时间为24 h,原料(质量g)与吡啶(体积m l)的配比为1∶20,原料(质量g)与氯磺酸(体积m l)的配比为1∶5。同时对产品进行熔点、R f值、红外光谱、质谱表征,并作了生理活性的测定。结论:表明具有较高的抗肝癌活性。

Abstract:Objective: To make tigogenin derivate tigogenin sulfate that shows high biological activity of liver anticancer.Methods: Tigogenin was sulfated with chlorsulfonic acid.Results: Technologic conditions were determined.Reactive temperature was 35 ℃,reactive time was 24 h,the mass(g) of the material and the volume(ml) of pyridinium were 1∶20,the mass(g) of the material,and the volume(ml) of chlorosulfonic acid was 1∶5.At the same time,the natures of tigogenin sulfate including melting point Rf value,IR,MS were analyzed,besides,biological activity was determined.Conclusion: The result showed that sulfolipid sulfate of tigogenin has high biological activityon liver anticancer
