| 摘 要： | 目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者血清中Preptin的水平，以及与血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗等的相关性。方法选取正常对照组30例，初诊2型糖尿病患者52例。ELISA法检测血清Preptin水平。同时测定空腹血浆胰岛素、血糖、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白等。结果初诊2型糖尿病组血清中Preptin明显低于正常组（P〈0．05），达到统计学意义。血清Preptin与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HOME—IR、收缩压呈负相关性，与甘油三脂、空腹胰岛素呈正相关性。结论初诊2型糖尿病患者血清Preptin水平降低，Preptin可能在2型糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗的糖脂代谢中发挥一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of preptin in pathogenesis of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Methods Serum preptin in 30 normal subjects,52 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients was detected by ELISA method. Meanwhile the levels of Ins, BG, HbAlc, blood lipid were measured. Results The serum preptin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes was lower than in healthy controls. Serum preptin was correlated contrarily with FBG , HbA1 c , HOME-IR, FINS, systolic blood pressure, and correlated positively with TG,FINS. Conclusion The results indicate that preptin maybe play an important role in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. |
