| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）患者血糖的动态变化及临床意义。方法：采用美国ＡＢＢＤＴＴ ＶＰ ＳＵＰＥＲ ＳＹＳＴＥＭ生化自动分析仪检测ＨＦＲＳ２１３例不同病期的血糖水平。结果：ＨＦＲＳ患者血糖升高率达６９．０１％，血糖水平自发热期即开始增高，至低血压期达高峰（Ｐ〈０．０１），持续至恢复期仍未完全恢复正常（Ｐ〈０．０１）。血糖升高与病情轻重、预后均有关，重、危重型患者血糖值高于轻、中型患者（

| Abstract: | Objective:To know the dynamic changes and their clinical significance of blood sugar (BS) in patients with hemorrhag-ic fever in renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods:The levels of BS in 213 patients with HFRS were tested with ABBOTT Super System. Results:The elevation rate of BS in patients with HFRS was as high as 69.01 % . Their BS levels began to rise from fever period,arrived a peak during low blood pressure period and remained a high level in convalescence (P<0.01).There was some relationship between BS and prognosis. The BS levels in severe case were higher than those in mild case (P < 0.01). Among severe cases, the mortality in patients with high BS level was higher than that with normal BS level (P < 0.05).Conclusion:To know the dynamic changes of BS is helpful to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. |
