子宫动脉栓塞治疗症状性子宫肌瘤

目的 研究选择子宫动脉栓塞术治疗症状性子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 30例症状性子宫肌瘤，选择性双侧子宫动脉插管造影明确子宫肌瘤血供后，分别行栓塞术。结果 本组子宫肌瘤均表现为双侧子宫动脉供血，并行一次性两侧栓塞，技术成功率100％。术后3—6个月，95．83％月经恢复正常。压迫症状均缓解，肌瘤体积分别缩小47．49％和57．37％。不良反应有缺血性盆腔疼痛、发热和消化道反应。结论 超选择子宫动脉栓塞术治疗症状性子宫肌瘤是一项安全、有效的新技术。

Uterine Aterial Embolization for Treatment of Symptomatic Uterine Myoma

Objective To study the clinical effects of superselective uterine arterial embolization for treatment of symptomatic uterine myoma. [WTHZ]Methods 30 consecutive women patients with symptomatic uterine myoma were included in this study. Selective catheterization of uterine arteries was carried out to confirm the feeding artery of the tumor, and embolization procedure was followed. Results All uterine myoma were supplied by bilateral uterine arteries ,and successful bilateral embolization was completed in all cases by one procedure,successful rate 100% . During a following-up period of 3~6 months,menstruation resumed normal in 95.83%, pressure-related pelvic symptoms all relieved. The decrease in tumor's volume was 47.49% and 57.37%,pelvic ischemic pain, fever and nausea in some cases. Conclusion Superselective uterine arterial embolization for treatment of symptomatic uterine myoma is new and effective.
