64-MSCTA成像技术在颈内动脉粥样硬化狭窄性病变诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影(64-MSCTA)成像技术在颈内动脉粥样硬化狭窄性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析行颅颈部64-MSCTA检查的30例缺血性脑血管病患者的临床资料,患者全部行颅颈部64-MSCTA检查,对其颈动脉成像质量进行评价。结果本组30例缺血性脑血管病患者检查共发现26例患者颅颈部动脉有不同程度的狭窄和闭塞,病变患者共发现病变血管44支,其中轻度狭窄13支(29.5%),中度狭窄14支(31.8%)、重度狭窄10支(22.7%),闭塞7支(15.9%)。可评价颈动脉共计60支,其中起始段可评价血管显示率为93.3%,颅外段为98.3%,颅内段为85.0%,总体可评价血管显示率为92.2%。结论 64-MSCTA对颈动脉成像质量较高,对于颅外段的成像质量相对较好。64-MSCTA可用于颈内动脉粥样硬化狭窄性病变的诊断。

Applied Research of 64 Segments of Multislice Computed Tomography Angiography in Atherosclerotic Sclerosis Lesion of Internal Carotid Artery

Abstract:Objective To investigate the applied value of 64 segments of multislice computed tomography angiography (64-MSCTA)in atherosclerotic sclerosis lesion of internal carotid artery. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were retrospectively studied, the 30 cases of patients were checked by 64-MSCTA and the quality of carotid artery imaging was assessed. Results The atherosclerotic sclerosis lesion of internal carotid artery of 26 patients were found by 64-MSCTA,26 patients were found 44 branch of vascular lesions,of which mild stenosis 13 branch (29.5%),moderate stenosis 14 branch (31.8%),severe stenosis 10 branch (22.7%) ,occlusion of 7 branch(15.9%). Evaluated carotid artery had 60 branchs,of which rate of evaluated blood vessel in the initial segment was 93.3% ,the rate of extracranial segment was 98.3% ,the rate of intracranial segment was 85.0% ,the rate of evaluated carotid artery was 92.2%. Conclusion The quality of carotid artery imaging by 64-MSCTA is good,but there are differences between the various parts,the image quality of extracranial segment is relatively good. 64-MSCTA can be used to diagnose the atherosclerotic sclerosis lesion of internal carotid artery.
