肠道毒素性疾病498例临床分析

目的探讨肠道毒素性疾病的临床表现和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析498例肠道毒素性疾病患者的临床表现、治疗方法和疗效。结果患者均有发热、食欲不振、厌食;腹痛377例,头痛、头晕、精神萎靡、嗜睡242例,呕吐116例。发病后未解大便386例,曾有腹泻,后腹泻缓解但体温升高、腹胀、精神萎靡、嗜睡者113例。先给予开塞露导泄或温0·9%氯化钠溶液不保留灌肠,后给予清淡易消化饮食。高热、呕吐、精神萎靡者给予静脉输液治疗。268例患者在治疗24h内治愈。结论肠道毒素性疾病常常表现为发热伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐、头痛、头晕、精神萎靡、嗜睡等,给予导泄或温0·9%氯化钠溶液不保留灌肠,然后给予清淡饮食即可使患者早期治愈。

Clinical Analysis of 498 Cases with Intestinal Tract Toxic Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and therapeutic methods of intestinal tract toxic disease.MethodsThe clinical manifestations,therapeutic methods and curative effects of 498 patients with intestinal tract toxic disease were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe symptoms of fever,anepithymia and anorexy occurred in all patients;The symptom of abdominal pain occurred in 377 patients,the symptoms of headache,dizziness,dispiritedness and somnolence occurred in 242 patients,the symptom of vomiting occurred in 116 patients,the symptom of stool retention occurred in 386 patients.113 patients had manifested diarrhea,and when it was relieved,the symptoms of fever,abdominal distention,dispiritedness and somnolence occurred.First,Kaiselu was used to induce discharge or normal saline to do non-remaining coloclyster,and then bland diet is offered.Intravenous transfusion was given to the patients with fever,vomiting and dispiritedness.268 patients recovered within 24 hours.ConclusionIntestinal tract toxic disease often manifests symptoms such as fever with abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,headache,dizziness,dispiritedness and somnolence,etc.By using Kaiselu to induce discharge or normal saline to do non-remaining coloclyster,and then giving bland diet,the patients recover quickly.
