The management skill for the informal organization in the wards |

| Abstract: | This article generalized the effect of informal organization by analyzing the formal organization and informal organization, then combined it into the nursing management in the wards.According to the various roles of the informal organization in the wards, the author put forward the managing skill and requirement of diathesis to the manager of the wards, so as to reconcile the effect of the formal organization and informal organization and improve the quality of nursing management. |
