| 摘 要： | 目的验证苯那普利(洛丁新)预防2型糖尿病患者肾脏并发症的作用。方法159例2型糖尿病患者,无糖尿病肾病,无高血压,随机分为苯那普利治疗组82例,对照组77例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加苯那普利10mg/d,观察19个月。结果治疗组患者尿白蛋白治疗前后无明显变化,而对照组患者试验结束时尿白蛋白明显升高,与治疗前相比,P<0.01。结论早期应用苯那普利对2型糖尿病患者肾脏有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To test and verify the prevention effect of benazepril(lotensin) kidney complication in patients with normotensive tupe 2 diabetes.Methods 159 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.82 cases in test group and 77 cases in control group.The test group was given routine treatment and benazepril 10mg/d,which lasted 19 months.Results The uric albumin had no obvious chang after the treatment in test group and the uric albumin became higher than that before treatment in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Taking benazepril at early stage can protect the kidney of the patients with type 2 diabetes. |
